Leving Firm Matrimonial Law Seminar: Comparing administrative child support proceedings to judicial proceedings
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on June 20th at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.
The keynote CLE speaker, matrimonial and family law attorney Scott Shell, will be presenting on calculating child support in family law cases.
“Child support calculations can be contentious in a divorce or breakup,” says Attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the session.
“I’ve met many fathers who are burdened with unreasonable and unbearable child support obligations. In court, we must fight to make sure child support payments are reasonable, fair, accurate, and based on the reality of the circumstances.”
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
