Leving Court Victory Restored Dad in His Children’s Lives

By Laura Reichel

Every child deserves the love, safety, and stability that comes from having an involved father.

Unfortunately for one devoted dad, he had been denied parenting time with his daughters and feared losing the bond he cherished most.

Terrified that he would lose his daughters forever, dad called attorney Jeffery Leving for help.

The Leving legal team fought for them and won, securing a significant amount of parenting time for dad and giving him the chance to be present in his children’s lives.

Chicago based matrimonial attorney Jeffery Leving, President of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., will talk about this important court victory on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CDT Saturday, April 11th on Power 92.3 FM. This show segment will be available for download on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour’s Spotify page on dadsrights.com. Listen to Leving’s radio show and follow his fight for justice and connect on Instagram @dadsrights.

Dad and the mother were never married, and his daughters lived primarily with their mother. Without any court-ordered parenting time to protect his time with his daughters, dad feared that he would lose his daughters forever. Determined to protect his bond with them, dad reached out to attorney Leving to secure the time he and his daughters deserved with each other.

Attorney Jeffery Leving listened compassionately to dad’s concerns and assured him that the Leving legal team would fight to defend what mattered most—his children.

The Leving legal team knew time was of the essence and swiftly brought dad’s case before the court. They argued that his bond with his daughters was vital to the young girls’ emotional well-being and that the children shouldn’t have to lose their father, regardless of the relationship between their parents. The judge ruled in dad’s favor, and the Leving legal team secured meaningful court ordered parenting time, giving dad a powerful opportunity to be involved in his daughters’ lives and marking a tremendous improvement from the zero-parenting time he previously had.

This court victory modified for publication protected dad’s bond and precious time with his children. No child should ever have to lose their dad, and thanks to this powerful outcome, these young girls will now have their father in their lives. Every success like this strengthens the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd.’s mission: ensuring that children grow up with the love and guidance of their good fathers, and that justice remains within every family’s reach.

Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of 7,500 hours of Leving’s service to this nation. Leving is also the recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award from President George W. Bush. Leving is a nationally recognized matrimonial and family law attorney.
