Quad Cities Festival of Trees Ushers in the Holiday Season
Celebrating 37 years of holiday magic, this year’s Kwik Star Festival of Trees returns to the RiverCenter in downtown Davenport, Iowa, on November 19-27. Take a walk through the “Peppermint Forest” and experience over 150 designer displays and fun-filled attractions that will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit.
You won’t want to miss the opportunity to get your photo taken in the newest attraction, a GIANT INFLATABLE SNOWGLOBE, or attend the largest helium balloon parade in the Midwest on Saturday, November 19 at 10 a.m. in downtown Davenport.
More than a premier holiday event, Kwik Star Festival of Trees is the annual fundraiser for Quad City Arts. Buying a ticket, purchasing a design, or making a donation to Festival of Trees ensures that Quad City Arts will continue to bring the highest quality arts programming to the community for years to come.
Festival of Trees features a spectacular display of over 150 designer trees, rooms, hearth & homes, wreaths, gingerbread creations, and other holiday gift shop items that are all sold to raise money for Quad City Arts in support of local arts programs through the Quad Cities.
This fun-filled event for all ages will continue to feature all the familiar attractions and special events that many have come to know and love with some new twists.
In addition, come visit Santa, drive the engine of the Festival Express train, and play some Reindeer Games. Santa’s Arctic home features games and crafts for all ages. These fun activities are sure to get your little ones in the holiday spirit. You can also watch performances by local dance and music groups on CenterStage and purchase from a selection of items of original work by regional artists including jewelry, pottery, glass, wood, paintings, and pastels.
General admission tickets are now available for purchase online at: www.qcfestivaloftrees.com. To streamline admission gates there will be a FAST PASS lane for all prepaid admission. Tickets can still be purchased at the door with credit/debit card.
