Orland Fire hosts Coffee & Conversation on individual fatigue and personal health
Orland Park, IL – The Orland Fire Protection District will host its monthly Coffee & Conversation for the public on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025, featuring two speakers who will address individual fatigue and how to empower your personal health and activism.
Residents of the Orland Fire Protection District are invited to discuss their challenges with Dr. Ron Vaught and Jeanine Sinal with Beyond Health and Wellness of Oak Forest, Illinois
Dr. Vaught is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic (1989) with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a certification in Meridian Therapy and Acupuncture.
He has also gained certifications as a sports physician, rehabilitation specialist, and comprehensive case manager of whiplash and other related injuries and disorders.
Sinal is a highly skilled massage therapist, trained at Soderworld, with a specialization in therapeutic and advanced bodywork techniques. As a chiropractic assistant, she brings a deeper understanding of spinal health, body mechanics, and pain relief strategies, enhancing her ability to support clients on their wellness journey. She focuses on helping clients relieve pain, tension, and stress through a variety of specialized modalities.
Also joining us is the Senior Advisory Council’s Curt Unander who will provide info on Fire Blankets and host a raffle.
The meeting is from 10 AM until 12 noon at the Orland Fire Protection District Administration Building, 9750 W. 151st Street, in Orland Park.
