Dad wins more parenting time in court, protecting his daughters and their future

By: Laura Reichel

A father’s presence can have a profound impact on his children’s lives. The time between a father and his children is crucial and necessary to strengthening and protecting their bonds with each other. However, there are times when the bonds between a father and his children are threatened – which is exactly what happened to this loving father and his two young daughters after his ex began interfering with his parenting time.  The Leving legal team fought for them and won.

Chicago matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving, President of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., will talk about this important case on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CST Saturday, December 14th on Power 92.3 FM. This show segment will be available for download on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour Spotify page on dadsrights.com

Dad is a caring father who spent all his time with his two young daughters, ages 7 and 8. He has a loving father and daughter relationship with both his little girls, and they love their dad.

However, dad’s bonds with his children were reportedly threatened when his ex began interfering with his time with his children. She even threatened to keep the girls from their father during the holidays, when the girls would be out of school.

Terrified of losing his daughters and being unable to protect them, dad called the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. for help right away. The Leving legal team assured dad that they would fight for him and his little girls and that’s exactly what they did.

They immediately jumped into action in protecting dad’s paternal rights. The Leving legal team went to court, skillfully pointing out how important it was for the little girls to be with their father, especially during the holidays. They won for dad and his daughters. The judge agreed with their arguments. Thanks to their strategic and tough litigation on behalf of this scared father, the Leving legal team was able to secure a generous parenting schedule for dad, with even more parenting time than what he initially even asked for.

This was a sweeping victory for dad and his daughters, modified for broadcast, that protected their loving relationships. Dad’s time with his daughters has been secured by a court order. He no longer has to fear losing his daughters nor being unable to be there for them to protect them. Now, Dad can enjoy his holidays and his time with his little girls, without interference.
