Leving Defended Falsely Accused Dad and Won Custody of His Son for Him Too!

A desperate father turned to attorney Jeffery Leving for help to save his relationship with his seven-year-old son after the child’s mother accused him of absconding with the boy to a distant state.
The Leving legal team won securing dad’s bond with his son with a custody victory.

According to dad, he had taken his son on a prearranged father-son trip that the mother had previously approved. He was shocked when she accused him of taking his son and absconding with the little boy to a distant state.
The mother immediately petitioned the court for an Emergency Order of Protection against dad and won.
Fearing he would lose his son forever and his liberty, dad called Leving for help. The Leving litigation team assured dad that they would fight for him and they did. Dad retained them and they litigated his case to victory.
The Leving team immediately went to court, seeking to vacate the Order of Protection against dad. They won. However, dad’s nightmare didn’t end there. Dad reported to the Leving team that the mother physically abused his little boy.
The Leving team immediately filed a Petition for an Order of Protection against the mother, fighting to keep dad’s son safe. The judge agreed and granted dad the Order of Protection. The judge also granted dad custody of his son along with all decision-making responsibility over the little boy’s health, religion and education.
Now, dad no longer fears losing his son or fears for the little boy’s safety. Without the Leving team’s immediate legal action, dad could have lost his son forever, and this child may have been raised in an unsafe and abusive environment.
Instead, because dad trusted the Leving team and they acted quickly, this little boy can now grow up under his loving father’s protection.
This court victory modified for publication is a powerful reminder that every father’s bond with his child deserves protection, especially in the face of false accusations and adversity.
No parent should lose the right to raise their own child because the other parent sought to wrongfully shut them out.
