Centennial Park Aquatic Center Kicks Off Summer Season May 23

Get ready to make a splash this summer! The Centennial Park Aquatic Center (CPAC), located at 15600 West Avenue in Orland Park, officially opens for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 23.

The facility will open at 10 a.m. for members and 11 a.m. for the general public.

CPAC offers attractions for all ages, including a zero-depth pool, interactive water play area, lazy river, body speed slides, tube slide, flume slide, platform cliff jump and drop slide.

Guests can also enjoy plenty of deck and lawn space for relaxing throughout the day.

Admission rates for residents are $14 daily and $11 after 4 p.m. Non-residents pay $26 for admission Monday through Thursday and $28 Friday through Sunday and holidays. Children ages 2 and under swim free.

Please remember children ages 11 and under must be supervised by an adult.

Daily hours are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Members may enter five minutes before public opening on weekdays and one hour early on weekends.

Lap Swim and River Walk will be available Monday through Friday from June 1 through Aug. 7 from 6:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Participants may use lap lanes for self-directed exercise or walk laps against the current in the lazy river. Daily admission for Lap Swim and River Walk is $5 for residents, $8 for non-residents and free for CPAC members. Aqua shoes are recommended.

Orland Park residents ages 3 and older must obtain a Resident ID card to receive resident admission and membership rates. Resident IDs are available free of charge at the Sportsplex and Village Hall cashier’s office during regular business hours. Participants without a valid Resident ID will be charged non-resident rates.

Aquatic programs are back for the 2026 season, offering a variety of swim lessons and water safety programs for all ages and skill levels. From parent-child classes and group lessons to private instruction and the Jr. Lifeguard program, CPAC provides fun opportunities for residents to build confidence and develop lifelong swimming skills.

CPAC will also host several special events throughout the summer season, including:
World’s Largest Swim Lesson – June 26
Wally’s Lazy River Fun Run 2.5K– June 28
Swim & Win Bingo – July 17
Wally’s Fun Run 5K – July 26
