Leving Firm Matrimonial Law Seminar: “Elements of a Dissipation Claim” and “Legal Implications in Family Law Cases of Signing a Mortgage, without a Promissory Note”

CHICAGO – The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on February 20^th at 6:30 p.m. CST at 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.

The keynote CLE speaker, matrimonial and family law attorney Michael Ochoa, will lecture on the Elements of a Dissipation Claim as well as the legal implications in family law cases of signing a mortgage but not signing a promissory note in Illinois.

“Mike is a great matrimonial litigator with extensive national experience in family law,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, the founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the session.

“This seminar will be focused on strategic planning in the representation of clients in complex family law cases.”

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded to attorneys attending. The series was created in the relentless pursuit of excellence to maintain dominance in the firm’s practice area with court successes.

Attorney Arthur S. Kallow was honored for his valuable contribution to the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County as a court facilitator.

Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the President of the United States Lifetime Achievement Award.
