The Political Pundit Comic Strip: The Wrath of Keith
By all measures including those of Klingons, or any of the Star Trek characters, the Nemesis of Truth, Mayor Keith “Khan Noonien Singh” Pekau, seems to go where no insane politician has gone before. The needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many. Enjoy this political comic satire, the Political Pundit
By Ray Hanania
Mayor Keith Pekau “fiddles” with his Youtube videos and no-holds-barred public celebrations while Orland Park “burns” in the heat of the rising coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
As long as the people dying from COVID-19 are living in senior care homes, the virus isn’t a problem, we are told. And as long as people who eat positive for COVID-19 don’t get hospitalized, then the number of people infected is meaningless.
That’s the mantra from Orland Park’s Village government. And that’s why Orland Park went ahead with this year’s Taste of Orland Park, which seemed to satisfy the political needs of a few at the cost of the many, resulting in a variation of the original Star Trek movie line, “the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few,” from the film “The Wrath of Khan” which we will call “The Wrath of Keith.”
