Leving Fought for Client’s Liberty and His Future and Won

An Illinois man’s world was turned upside down when his ex filed a Petition for an Order of Protection against him, falsely accusing him of physically assaulting her.
Facing deeply damaging allegations and fearing for his freedom, he turned to attorney Jeffery M. Leving for an advocate who would stand beside him and fight for his legal rights.

His ex’s petition accused him of physically assaulting her and much more. For this man, the petition was more than a court filing. He came to attorney Jeffery Leving facing deeply personal accusations about his conduct and character. These serious allegations threatened the client’s future and liberty, as violating an Order of Protection is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year in jail in Illinois.
