Dad won in court for his daughter

By Laura Reichel

When a child’s future hangs in the balance, every moment counts. This was the dilemma faced by a dedicated dad who, after learning that his eleven-year-old daughter was struggling academically, called the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd.  for help protecting his daughter’s future.

The Leving legal team fiercely fought to protect dad’s little girl and won.

Chicago matrimonial attorney Jeffery Leving, President of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will talk about this important case victory and more on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CDT Saturday, July 26th on Power 92.3 FM.

This show segment will be available for download on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour Spotify page on dadsrights.com.

Dad’s worries began when he learned that his daughter was falling badly behind in school. Concerned for his daughter’s future and determined to prevent any lasting educational setbacks, dad asked his ex, his daughter’s mother, to enroll her in a tutoring program. Unfortunately, the mother ignored dad’s pleas and missed the enrollment deadline.

Unwilling to allow the issue to escalate and endanger his daughter’s future, dad called attorney Jeffery Leving, who assured him that the Leving legal team was experienced in handling cases where swift action was crucial. The Leving legal team fought for dad and his daughter and won.

Thanks to their strategic preparation, the Leving team was able to resolve the matter prior to presenting their case to the judge. The opposing party finally agreed to cooperate, and it was agreed that the mother will apply as a late applicant for tutoring with the school district and if the request is denied, dad will have the authority to enroll his young daughter in private tutoring. The judge entered this agreement as a court order, marking a significant victory for both father and daughter.

This court victory, modified for publication, protected a young girl’s future, and relieved dad of all the stress and anxiety he felt at being unable to help his daughter. Dad’s young daughter has received the help she desperately needed to safeguard her academic future, before it was too late.

Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the United States in recognition of 7,500 hours of service to this nation. In addition, the Illinois House of Representatives has honored Leving “for his work in safeguarding the rights of fathers and protecting the welfare of children and families in this State,” and the Illinois Senate issued a proclamation recognizing his efforts on behalf of fathers.
