Leving team court victory restored a father’s peace of mind

A Chicago man’s world was turned upside down when he was blindsided by a barrage of unfounded and deeply damaging false allegations—accusations that threatened his dignity, future, and peace of mind.

This father’s ordeal began when he learned, to his utter shock, that his own son had filed a petition for an order of protection against him. Imagine the heartbreak, the confusion, and the tears. Words can hardly capture the depth of his pain—stunned, devastated, incensed, and scared only begin to describe it.
