CHICAGO – The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on June 19th at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
The keynote CLE speaker, respected matrimonial and divorce attorney Anthony D’Agostino, renowned for his formidable advocacy in Orders of Protections, domestic violence and complex family law cases, will present an in-depth lecture on Orders of Protection pursuant to the Illinois Domestic Violence Act.
The seminar will delve into the different types of Orders of Protection and winning litigation strategies for representing clients in sensitive and high-stakes proceedings.
