Leving Firm Matrimonial Law Seminar: Use of 503g Trusts in Family Law Cases
CHICAGO – The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on March 20th at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
Matrimonial attorney and Litigation Director James M. Hagler of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., will be the keynote speaker, presenting on the use of 503g trusts in family law cases, highlighting how these trusts can be used to set aside funds for children’s support, physical and mental health, and education in both divorce and parentage cases. Attorney Hagler will also present on protecting assets and income in high-net-worth divorces and complex family disputes.
Attorney James Hagler was selected by his peers in the legal community as one of the best lawyers in America. Hagler is well known for his expertise in litigating complicated domestic custody cases and international custody matters.
“503(g) trusts are becoming an increasingly useful tool in family law, particularly for clients seeking to protect their children and their significant financial assets during divorce proceedings,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, the founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the session. “This seminar will provide valuable insights into strategic planning for family law attorneys, equipping them with the knowledge to better serve their clients in complex family law cases.”
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
