Dad counted on the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. to help and they delivered

The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. has been fighting for justice for over 40 years, and it has been a critical and rewarding journey filled with much needed successes to get from where they started to where they are now, fighting for the recognition of fathers’ rights and securing for many single and divorced dads the chance to be part of their children’s lives through the courts.
This meaningful victory, on behalf of a caring father, involved more than just basic advocacy. It required strategic planning and maneuvering to secure custody for this dad so he could create a caring home for his son.

The Leving legal team represented the father of this boy. The boy was living with his mother, but the mother became unable to care for him. The father called the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. for help in securing custody of his young son.
However, dad needed the protection of a court order to secure custody of his little boy. If this wasn’t done right, the consequences down the road could be severe: The mother could, at any time, try to take the child back, which could produce unneeded drama, and dad could lose his son, possibly even be accused of kidnapping his own son and end up in jail. The Leving legal team had one goal: to secure custody of dad’s son, so dad could raise him without fear of losing his son and incarceration.
They won. The Leving team won the important court order for dad that he badly needed, giving him custody and sole decision-making authority for his son.
Aside from winning dad custody, the Leving legal team helped the dad navigate his way through the system when suddenly becoming a custodial father. They helped him get his son enrolled in school, set up medical care, and more for his boy. These can be challenges to anybody who’s inexperienced with this, so the Leving team helped this father and gave him the tools he needed for success.
This is a victory on behalf of a dad, modified for broadcast, who will not need to worry about his new achievement becoming undone. Dad placed his faith in the Leving legal team and made the right decision in doing so.
