Leving Firm Matrimonial Law Seminar: Learn the effective use of mental health professionals in family law cases and the use of habeas corpus.

CHICAGO – The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. (Leving Firm) will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 6:30 p.m. CST at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.

The namesake of the seminar series, attorney and Litigation Director Arthur S. Kallow of the Leving firm, will be the keynote CLE speaker, presenting on the effective use and assistance of mental health professionals in family law cases and the use of habeas corpus.

“These are important matters in representing clients in family law cases,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the CLE session. “Our clients depend on us to win for them and their children in court. It’s a responsibility we take seriously because our cases often impact the lives of children.”

The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

The Arthur S. Kallow CLE Seminar Series

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded. Mr. Leving emphasizes that the series was created “in the relentless pursuit of excellence to maintain dominance in our practice area with court victories. These seminars are great tools for applying our industry-leading ideas and advancing our cases through trial and beyond.”

Attorney Arthur S. Kallow was selected by his peers in the legal community as an Illinois Super Lawyer. Super Lawyers are considered the best in their profession, and they represent the top practicing attorneys in Illinois and the country. Mr. Kallow received a significant award for his valuable contribution to the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County as a court facilitator.
