Casten Announces Endorsement from Illinois Democratic Congressional Delegation

U.S. Congressman Sean Casten (D-IL) announced Thursday August 20, 2022 the endorsements of all 14 members of the Illinois Democratic Congressional Delegation.

“I’ve worked hand-in-hand with these dedicated public servants to deliver real results for families in Illinois, and especially here in the 6th District,” said Rep. Sean Casten. “ I look forward to continuing the fight for our shared values – like lowering costs for families, combatting the climate crisis, and protecting a woman’s right to choose.”

“Sean Casten is a truly exceptional leader in our fight to combat the climate crisis, pass meaningful gun reform, and address the high prices Illinoisans are facing,” said Sen. Dick Durbin. “We need his effective, facts-first leadership in Congress now more than ever, and I am proud to endorse him.”

“I’m proud to endorse Congressman Sean Casten for another term in the U.S. House of Representatives,” said Sen. Tammy Duckworth. “ Congressman Casten is the voice we need to work to protect our environment and address climate change and help our hardworking families in Illinois. He’s a proven leader who’s shown he can get things done and create commonsense solutions for families in the 6th District.”
