Leving Team Saved Falsely Accused Dad from Jail

The Leving legal team saved a distraught dad from jail after his wife was reported to have falsely accused him of abusing her and their daughter.
The wife went to court and obtained an Order of Protection against the father without giving him any notice – so he wasn’t even able to be in court to defend himself.
The Order of Protection prohibited dad from seeing his own daughter.
A violation of the order is punishable by up to one year in jail. Even more alarming, dad’s wife secured this order even though she allegedly was using illegal drugs and was suspended from her job.
Dad was devastated. He feared that he would go to jail and never see his child ever again, but the Leving team was victorious in court for him. They convinced the judge to vacate the court order that was entered against dad, protecting his liberty and reuniting him with his daughter.

Leving gave dad the hope and strength he needed. They knew they had to get into court immediately to get the Order of Protection vacated to protect dad’s liberty and they immediately jumped into action.
The Leving team went into court on an emergency basis, presented powerful evidence to the judge that dad never abused his wife or his daughter, and passionately argued that the Order of Protection should be vacated and dad should finally be reunited with his child. They won.
The Order of Protection against dad was vacated and the judge ordered that dad be immediately reunited with his daughter. Also, the judge ordered the wife not to harass or stalk dad or engage in any illegal conduct. The tables were turned.
Thanks to this court victory modified for publication dad doesn’t have to worry about going to jail and can enjoy being with his daughter again. This young girl will now have her wonderful dad in her life again. The Leving team pursued justice and fought for this courageous dad and his daughter and won.
