Matrimonial Law Seminar: Winning Complex Trials from Start to Finish
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Tuesday October 15th at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.
The namesake of the seminar series, matrimonial attorney and Litigation Director and Arthur S. Kallow of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., will be the main speaker, presenting on “Winning Complex Trials from Start to Finish.”
Kallow, renowned as “the best litigator in the Daley Center,” will take attorneys from strategic planning, through investigation and discovery, motions and responses, and the trial itself, with the direct and cross-examination of witnesses.
Attorney Kallow has successfully represented thousands of clients throughout the decades, including cases which involved complex jury trials, contested custody and visitation, child support, paternity, and intricate financial issues.
He has litigated high conflict cases in Illinois, Georgia, Iowa, Washington D.C., and California. In addition, he has handled sophisticated appeals in state and federal courts.
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
