Leving Firm fights to keep father and children together
Dad’s two children, a 12-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, had been kept from him following the death of their mother.
Reportedly, Dad and the mother were never married, but they had an informal agreement where Dad would have his children on alternate weekends, and he paid child support.
After the mother’s death, her relatives reportedly refused to turn over the children to their father. They claimed the father was not involved in his children’s lives.

Dad had called the Leving firm for help and they fought for him and his children. The judge ruled in Dad’s favor. Dad and his children were finally together again. But the relatives didn’t stop fighting.
Once again, Dad and his children found themselves reliving a nightmare – they were at risk of being separated from each other again.
The children’s maternal relatives refused to stop and proceeded to court again seeking the children again. Once again, the Leving team skillfully litigated the case in court and fought for Dad and his rights as a father. They won and the judge denied the relatives’ request for the children. Dad and his children were relieved knowing they would stay together where they belonged– in Dad’s home.
