Leving’s Court Victory Put Dad in Daughter’s Life

A devastated father turned to attorney Jeffery M. Leving for help after he was cut out of his ten-year-old daughter’s life and kicked to the curb.

Despite his many attempts to re-engage, dad’s ex reportedly refused to let him see his daughter and he feared he would lose his little girl forever.

Before retaining the Leving team, dad was only able to see his daughter with the mother’s approval as he had no court ordered parenting time and protections. Dad reported that when his ex learned about his new romantic partner, she cut him off completely without any warning. For this father, the sudden total separation from his daughter was more than a parenting dispute. He feared losing the relationship he cherished and missing time with his daughter that he could never recover. He thought he’d lose his daughter forever. Greatly concerned, he turned to attorney Leving for the help he badly needed.
