Dad’s distress began when he learned that during his ex-wife’s parenting time, a neighbor — a relative of the mother — had reportedly threatened his twelve-year-old daughter with bodily harm. Fearing for her safety, he asked the mother to intervene and keep their child away from this individual. However, the mother reportedly refused.
Desperate to protect his daughter from danger, dad called attorney Jeffery Leving for help. Attorney Leving assured dad that the Leving legal team would fiercely fight to protect his daughter.
Dad’s main priority was clear: he wanted his daughter safe and away from such a dangerous and toxic environment.
The Leving team presented the facts to the court, arguing that the situation had become harmful and dangerous for dad’s young daughter. The judge agreed and an emergency order of protection was granted by the court, ordering the neighbor to stay away from dad’s daughter and placing necessary restrictions on the mother’s parenting time. The Leving team won.
This important victory modified for publication not only protected a young girl from a dangerous situation but also gave a devoted father peace of mind. Today, father and daughter can move forward with hope, free from fear.
This Labor Day serves as a reminder of the dedication and resilience of workers across the nation. It also highlights the perseverance of separated and divorced fathers who continue to fight every day to remain active and present in their children’s lives. Their commitment underscores a powerful truth: fathers matter, their presence matters, and their role in their children’s well-being is invaluable. I wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day.
