A devoted father became frantic after he was suddenly cut off from his son due to hurtful accusations. Scared of losing his son, dad immediately contacted attorney Jeffery Leving for help in defending and reuniting him with his child.
The Leving legal team fought fiercely for dad and won, succeeding in reuniting him with his son.
Chicago matrimonial attorney Jeffery Leving, President of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will talk about this important case victory and more on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CDT Saturday, August 2nd on Power 92.3 FM.

Dad’s nightmare began after his ex obtained an ex-parte order of protection against him, based on painful mental health attacks. This order not only separated dad from his teenage son without any notice or opportunity to defend himself in court, but it also put his liberty and future at risk, should dad attempt to see or reach out to his son.
Panicked, dad contacted attorney Jeffery Leving. The Leving legal team fought hard to reunite dad with his son and protect his freedom. They wouldn’t give up, got dad into court, and won.
The judge ruled that under the Mental Health Act, none of the mental health accusations made by dad’s ex wife against him were admissible in court. Additionally, the judge granted dad substantial, court ordered parenting time, an improvement from the zero access he had before the Leving legal team was retained.
This outstanding court victory, modified for publication, marked a landmark achievement for dad. The Leving legal team not only reunited this loving father with his son and protected his freedom, but they also prevented him from going to jail and ensured that dad and his son would have time together without interference.
Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the United States in recognition of 7,500 hours of service to this nation.
