Leving Matrimonial Law Seminar – Defending Orders of Protection
By: Laura Reichel
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on July 17th at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
The keynote CLE speakers, prominent family law attorneys Anthony D’Agostino and Lawrence Starkopf, will present a detailed lecture on the defense of Orders of Protection.
The seminar will primarily focus on advanced litigation strategies and critical insights necessary for effectively representing clients facing Orders of Protection – cases that often involve significant personal and legal stakes.
“Successfully defending against Orders of Protection requires not only a precise understanding of the law but also strategic advocacy tailored to each unique case. It’s crucial that attorneys possess the knowledge and tools necessary to protect their clients and their families in these highly sensitive proceedings,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, the founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the session.

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. The series was created in the relentless pursuit of excellence to maintain dominance in the firm’s practice area, protecting clients and their children with court successes.
Attorney Arthur S. Kallow was honored for his valuable contribution to the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County as a court facilitator.
Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the United States in recognition of 7,500 hours of service to this nation. He is a nationally recognized divorce and family law attorney.
