“We are really proud to have Commissioner Jaber here and we look forward to working with him,” Jeffers said after administering the oath.
Jaber said, “I am so proud to be here to support the Orland Fire Protection District. It is the best in the nation, and it will be even better with the support of the board, commissioners, administration and our great firefighters.”
Jaber thanked the Board of Trustees for appointing him, offering special thanks to Jeffers, and to OFPD Board President Beth Damas Kaspar and Bridget Eileen Tolan.
