Fire damages 2nd Floor Orland Park Apartment, no injuries
A fire severely damaged a 2nd Floor Apartment at a building at 15100 block of El Cameno Terrace on Saturday night, Jan. 18, 2025.
No one was injured but rescue crews from the Orland Fire Protection District helped find temporary shelter for several residents of the apartment and the building.
The fire was reported at about 10:30 PM in the multi-family building and was quickly brought under control and extinguished by firefighters of the Orland Fire Protection District.

The Orland Fire Protection District, ranked as one of the best in emergency response and lifesaving, was assisted by Palos and Tinley Park Fire Departments.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Orland Fire Protection District Cause and Origin team investigators.
