New Case Law at Leving firm CLE
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Tuesday February 15, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago, and via Zoom.
The keynote speakers will be attorneys Eric Hartig and Sevana Scherffius, highly skilled matrimonial litigators with the Leving firm. Hartig and Scherffius will present jointly on “New case law that changes the basic right of a litigant to change a judge assigned to their case in the State of Illinois.”
“Practicing law at a very high level, is more than just knowing the law and being able to argue the client’s position to a judge,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the CLE session. “To achieve success for a client, an attorney must have a very clear understanding of the client’s expectations and goals; this understanding is essential in both developing and implementing the best strategic plan for success,” said Leving.
The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.
Please make reservations by emailing Jennifer Whiteside (jwhiteside@levinglaw.com), as this program is close to its capacity.
