Winning for clients at Leving firm CLE
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago, and via Zoom.
The keynote speaker will be attorney James C. Nieland, a highly skilled matrimonial litigator with the Leving firm. Nieland will present on “Winning for clients in and out of court.”
“Practicing law at a very high level, which James Nieland does, is more than just knowing the law and being able to argue the client’s position to a judge,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the CLE session.
“To achieve success for a client, an attorney must have a very clear understanding of the client’s expectations and goals; this understanding is essential in both developing and implementing the best strategic plan for success,” said Leving.
Also, attorney Matthew Stanton, now Division Chief, State’s Attorney’s Office, Lake County, IL, who had worked with the Leving firm, will present on “Best litigation strategies for winning outcomes” and his own personal experiences as a single father.
The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.
Please make reservations by emailing Jennifer Whiteside (jwhiteside@levinglaw.com), as this program is close to its capacity.
