Pappas, Cundari discuss County system to view your property taxes
Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas and Cicero Town Assessor Emilio Cundari offer a presentation of the Treasurer’s streamlined and effective online resources to address your property tax needs and concerns.
Homeowners and businesses can check their property taxes by going online. The website is displayed in more than 126 different languages.
Many homeowners have overpaid their property taxes and may not realize that they have this financial credit available to off-set existing taxes or outstanding tax debts.
Pappas said the system is “simple to use” and anyone can access their information.
