Leving Team Saved Dad’s Relationship with Son

By Laura Reichel

A devoted dad was horrified to discover that his ex had filed a Petition for an Order of Protection against him – seeking to cut him out of his son’s life.

She accused him of stalking her, physically abusing her and so much more.

The petition sought to ban dad from seeing his son and to throw him out of his own home.

The Leving legal team saved the relationship between this father and son.

Chicago based matrimonial attorney Jeffery Leving, President of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., will talk about this important court victory on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CDT Saturday, April 18th on Power 92.3 FM.

This show segment will be available for download on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour’s Spotify page on dadsrights.com. Listen to Leving’s radio show and follow his fight for fathers and children and connect on Instagram @dadsrights.

Dad has always deeply cared for his relationship with his eleven-year-old son. Despite his difficult divorce, he has remained an attentive and dedicated father. However, dad was shocked and horrified to discover that his ex was cutting him out of his son’s life. His worst fears started to become a reality.

Dad was desperate when he called attorney Jeffery Leving, whose team understood what he was going through and empathetically assured dad that they would help to litigate his case to victory

The Leving legal team wasted no time fighting for this dad and his son, working tirelessly so he could return home to be with his child. Being completely cut off from his young son was a horrible nightmare for this father. The judge agreed with the Leving legal team and dismissed the Petition for the Order of Protection filed against dad. After the Leving legal team’s skillful examination of the ex, the court found that the opposing party didn’t sustain her burden of proof. Dad can now freely interact with his young son without worrying about jail time. Dad is now where he belongs: back home and in his child ‘s life.

Failure was not an option in this case modified for publication. Failure is never an option for the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. Just because a father has separated from the mother doesn’t mean that dad should be cut out of his child’s life forever. The Leving legal team’s hard-fought victory turned dad’s life around by winning for him and ensured that dad and his son will stay together in each other’s life

Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the United States in recognition of his 7,500 hours of service to this great nation. Leving is also the recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award from President George W. Bush. Leving is a nationally recognized matrimonial and family law attorney.
