Winning complex trials to be subject of CLE at Jeffery Leving law firm
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Thursday, Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago, and via Zoom.
The namesake of the seminar series, attorney Arthur S. Kallow of the Leving firm, will be the main speaker, presenting on “Winning Complex Trials from Start to Finish.”
Kallow, renowned as “the best litigator in the Daley Center,” will take attorneys through the initial consultation with the client, to strategic planning, investigation and discovery, motions and responses, and the trial itself, with the examination and cross-examination of witnesses.
Kallow has successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout the decades, including cases which involved complex jury trials, contested custody and visitation, child support, paternity, and intricate financial issues. In addition, he has handled sophisticated appeals in state and federal courts.
“We can all learn something from Art on every step in the process,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the session.

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.
