Casten announces endorsements from 40+ local elected officials and community leaders
U.S. Congressman Sean Casten (IL-06) on Thursday announced the endorsements of 40+ Illinois elected officials and community leaders for his re-election campaign. This slate of endorsements includes Illinois state senators, Illinois state representatives, county elected officials, school board members, village trustees, mayors, and community activists.
The officials represent constituents from DuPage, Cook, McHenry, and Kane.
“Government works best when we are all working together,” said Rep. Sean Casten.
“I’m proud to have worked with these dedicated public servants over the past three years to deliver real results for families in the 6th District. Whether it’s securing grants to ensure local restaurant owners and first responders could keep folks on payroll, helping schools obtain the PPP necessary to keep students in the classroom, or providing county leaders with updates on what’s happening in Washington, fighting for the issues that matter to my constituents has been — and will continue to be — my top priority in Congress.”
