Leving Team’s Victory Saved Dad’s Two Boys from Danger

A devoted father was deeply terrified about the safety of his two young sons. The children’s mother was reported to be struggling with serious mental health problems, and dad feared she could endanger his children. He wanted nothing more than to protect them and be the stable and loving parent they needed, but without court-ordered parenting time, he feared losing his children.

Dad has always provided a safe and steady environment for his sons. When it was reported that the mother’s behavior became increasingly alarming, dad knew he needed immediate legal action to protect them, and secure court ordered parenting rights.
