Father’s Fight to Protect his Abused and Badly Beaten Daughters
By Laura Reichel
A devoted father, fearing for his daughters’ lives, turned to attorney Jeffery Leving for help in protecting his children after the mother’s new husband reportedly badly beat and abused his little girls.
Furthermore, it was reported that the mother cut off almost all contact between dad and his children, leaving the little girls vulnerable and defenseless far from their father’s protection.
The Leving legal team fought tirelessly to keep dad’s little girls safe and won. Dad and his daughters were happily reunited and the little girls are now safe in their father’s loving home.
Chicago based matrimonial attorney Jeffery Leving, President of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will talk about this important case victory and more on the Dads’ Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CDT Saturday, October 11th on Power 92.3 FM.

For almost their entire lives, the girls lived with their father and grandmother. Unfortunately, dad didn’t have a court order granting him custody of his daughters so when the mother married, she easily cut off dad’s contact with his little girls. Dad was heartbroken. Dad’s sadness at being away from his little girls turned to shock and outrage when he was informed that the mother’s husband reportedly abused both of the little girls and badly whipped one with a belt. The mother’s new husband allegedly sent a text message to dad saying that he would continue to abuse dad’s little girls whenever he wanted.
Terrified for his daughters’ lives, dad turned to attorney Leving for help in saving his children. Leving’s team gave dad the hope and courage he needed to take action. The Leving legal team led the charge and filed an Emergency Motion to protect the girls and return them to their father.
In court, the Leving legal team passionately argued that these children had to be returned to their father, to the safe and only home they had ever known. They asserted to the court that this was an emergency, and that without an Emergency Order, the lives of both of these little girls were at risk. They won. The judge entered an Emergency Order returning the children to their overjoyed dad and ordered that any contact between the children and the mother’s husband must be supervised.
This court victory was crucial in safeguarding these two little girls and reuniting them with their devoted father. “I’m glad that we were able to successfully remove dad’s daughters from a reportedly dangerous environment and reunite them with their father,” said attorney Jeffery Leving. “Now, dad can live without fearing for his daughters’ safety.”
This important court victory modified for publication demonstrated that when fathers refuse to give up, hope can triumph. Every child deserves to grow up safe and free from fear, and this case serves as a powerful reminder that those rights can be defended and restored.
