Leving Firm Matrimonial Law Seminar: Strategies in settling difficult, contested cases
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Wednesday, March 20 at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.
The keynote CLE speaker will be attorney James M. Hagler, of the Leving Firm, who will be presenting on utilizing unique strategies in settling difficult, contested court cases.
Attorney James Hagler was selected by his peers in the legal community as one of the best lawyers in America. Hagler is well known for his expertise in litigating complicated domestic custody cases and international custody matters.
He was also honored with the Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children due to his experience and knowledge in international Hague Convention custody litigation and was appointed to serve on the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) Standing Committee on Judicial Evaluations in Cook County. This is a significant professional honor.
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

The Arthur S. Kallow CLE Seminar Series
The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded. The series was created in the relentless pursuit of excellence to maintain dominance in the firm’s practice area with court successes.
Attorney Arthur S. Kallow was selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer. Leving, who has dedicated his career to safeguarding children and reuniting them with their fathers, has written three acclaimed books: Fathers’ Rights, Divorce Wars and How to be a Good Divorced Dad, the latter of which was praised by President Obama and by Cardinal Francis E. George, then the archbishop of Chicago.
