Using rules of evidence to achieve court victories to be topic of CLE seminar at Leving firm
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Tuesday, Aug. 15 at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.
Attorney Michael L. Salamun will be the keynote speaker, on the topic of “Litigation strategies: Rules for evidence – Important differences between Federal rules and Illinois rules, objections, and hearsay.”
“When we litigate, we work hard to investigate, discover evidence and build a strong case,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the CLE session.
“These fine points of court rules that Mr. Salamun will detail are essential knowledge for when we go to court, examine witnesses, introduce evidence and fight for the relief that our clients need.”
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.
Please make reservations by emailing Jennifer Whiteside (jwhiteside@levinglaw.com), as this program is close to its capacity.
