Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park offers Chef-Made Thanksgiving Dinner at Home Menu

FAIRMONT CHICAGO, MILLENNIUM PARK ANNOUNCES RETURN OF ANNUAL CHEF-MADE THANKSGIVING DINNER AT HOME MENU

From a full Thanksgiving dinner, to a la carte holiday dishes, Fairmont Chicago’s chefs share fully prepared, gourmet Thanksgiving menu this year

Allowing holiday hosts to hang up their apron and enjoy the holidays with their loved ones,Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, announces the return of their chef-made ‘Thanksgiving at Home’ dinner, available for pickup on Thursday, November 28. Putting the holiday dinner preparations in the hands of Fairmont Chicago’s new Executive Chef William Schultz, guests may expect a decadent meal for eight featuring an oven-roasted turkey with Michigan cider brine, a variety of delicious side dishes, dessert, and more for $295. Guests may place Thanksgiving at Home dinner orders online through Friday, November 22 at 3 p.m.

This year’s Thanksgiving menu showcases elevated takes on classic Thanksgiving dishes, including an American Bronze Turkey with Michigan cider brine and rich turkey gravy, sweet corn bread stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, maple glazed sweet potatoes, charred Brussels sprouts, buttered green beans, orange-scented cranberry preserves and house baked dinner rolls with honey sea salt whipped butter. Diners will also have their choice of either old-fashioned apple pie, traditional pumpkin pie, or southern pecan pie to finish the meal on a delicious note.

Additional items are available, and all are plus tax: Roasted turkey $110, pre-carved fee $35 per turkey, sides $25 each and pies $30 each.

Dinners will be available for pick up on Fairmont Chicago’s B-2 level on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28 between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. on Friday, November 22. After November 22, Thanksgiving at Home Dinners are based on availability and subject to a $50 surcharge. For more information or to order a Thanksgiving at Home Dinner, please visit their website.
