Troopathon to send care packages to our troops overseas

Move America Forward, the nation’s largest pro-troop grassroots organization, announces their 10th star-studded live fundraiser that sends care packages to American troops deployed in war zones overseas.

Troopathon is proud to partner with NewsMaxTV, Wounded Warriors and Rogers Family Coffee to host “Troopathon 10  – Care Packages for Our Heroes” a 6-hour long fundraiser that brings together pro-troop movie stars, TV personalities, elected officials, professional athletes, musicians, talk radio hosts and many other supporters to encourage viewers to sponsor care packages for the troops serving overseas through the group’s website or by phone at (844) 2TROOPS (844-287-6677). “Troopathon 10 – Care Packages for the Troops” will be produced and broadcast live from the Move America Forward’s home base in Sacramento, CA on June 29 from 3:00 – 10:00pm Eastern, Noon – 7:00pm Pacific via the web and simulcast on Newsmax TV and Newsmax.com.

Troopathon Executive Producer, award-winning talk show host and author Melanie Morgan said, “All Americans can agree that our troops deserve our love and support, The cause we come together to support is incredibly important. With thousands of troops still on the ground in Afghanistan, we cannot forget their continued service and sacrifice. Troopathon remains steadfast in our commitment to supporting our troops in harm’s way!”
