Pornhub, the premiere online destination for adult entertainment, today announced the official launch of its new “Popular with Women” category, featuring videos the platform’s female audience most often watches and favorites.
As the number of women enjoying adult content increases – according to Pornhub’s 2017 Year in Review, “Porn for Women” was a top trending search throughout the year, increasing by over 1,400 percent – the leading platform is unveiling the new category which automatically aggregates content catered to the growing demographics’ specific interests, taking into account views and preferences.
“At Pornhub, we cater to all audiences, genders and creeds, offering a wide array of content. Based upon the findings in our 2017 Year in Review Insights report, there was a significant uptick in the consumption of content among women,” said Alexandra Klein, Pornhub brand manager.

‘Popular with Women’ was launched to replace its predecessor category, ‘Female Friendly’ in order to adhere to customer feedback regarding the need for content that better reflected women’s diverse preferences. The category used to house content that was marketed towards women, rather than content women have actually enjoyed.
