The Primal Cut Steakhouse Restaurant review
There are a lot of great restaurants in the Chicagoland suburbs, but one of my favorites for steaks is The Primal Cut Steakhouse in Tinley Park. The steaks are always cooked perfectly and they are tasty. This is a must-visit place for steak lovers in Chicagoland’s suburbs

You can get steak at a lot of places but there are only a few where you know the steak is going to be great.
The Primal Cut Steakhouse in Tinley Park offers a basic menu that features great tasting dinner selections and the steak selections there are always phenomenal.
The restaurant has a lot of room and offers different environments in each room. They have a nice bar area, and booths and tables perfectly set. We chose a table near the window facing the Metra Station Park which is a wide open area. It was a rainy day but The Primal Cut Steakhouse made the day a real experience.
We had a simple meal that was simply great!
Dinner started with hot oven backed bread and butter that really sets the stage for a great meal, and then a large cup of soup. The Crab Bisque was perfect. Buttery tasting with large pieces of crab meat. A lot of other places really dice the crab down and you barely taste any meat in the soup.
This time I had the 14 ounce Bone-in Filet, medium well, and a baked potato.
Service was really good but not intrusive. And the price was right in the center, $128 for my son and I. And he loves steak as much as I do.
I am on a counting calorie diet, but on the weekends I can go for one or two great meals without worrying about impacting my weight loss, which is on the downslide. Calorie counting is working, folks.
Anyway, The Primal Cut Steakhouse is great for family dining or for a celebration. I hope you try it and enjoy it too.
They’re open at 4 pm every day, and 11 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It’s a short window, closing at 10 pm during the week and 11 pm on the weekends so call for a reservation. But like I said, they have a lot of room to accommodate a lot of people.
