Chicago dad reunited with missing daughters

A father who was happily raising his teenage daughters faced his worst nightmare – his children were gone. Terrified for his daughters’ safety, dad called attorney Jeffery Leving for help.
The Leving legal team fought for dad in and out of court and won, reuniting dad and his children after a long, painful separation.

The girls, thirteen and fifteen years old, had been living with their father for over five years. In that time, their mother didn’t exercise any parenting time. Out of the blue, the mother reportedly showed up, took the girls, and refused to bring them back to their home.
Despite dad’s efforts, he was unable to see or contact his daughters. This went on for far too long. This tormented father finally called attorney Leving, who assured dad that he did the right thing and that he had called the right firm to protect his children.
The Leving legal team went to court and fought to reunite dad and his children. They told the judge how the girls had been taken from their father’s happy and stable home to live “who knows where” and under unknown conditions. They argued that the girls must be returned to their dad immediately. The judge ordered the mother to return the girls to their father. Dad and his daughters were reunited after a long separation.
This tremendous victory, modified for publication, brought these two teenagers back to their father’s home, where they had been living peacefully. Dad was ecstatic about having his daughters back home. No one should face this kind of problem while they’re working hard to make a living and raise their kids.
Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the United States, in recognition of his 7,500 hours of service to this great Nation. In addition, the Illinois House of Representatives has honored Leving “for his work in safeguarding the rights of fathers and protecting the welfare of children and families in this State,” and the Illinois Senate issued a proclamation recognizing his efforts on behalf of fathers.
