Dad wins more parenting time, safeguarding his children

A father’s presence can make all the difference in his children’s lives. However, there are times when the bonds between a father and his children are threatened – which is exactly what happened to this loving father after his relationship with his children was cut down to nearly nothing during his divorce. Terrified of losing his children forever and not being able to protect them, dad reached out to the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. for help and he got it. The Leving legal team fought for him and his children and won, gaining for him more than double the court-ordered parenting time he had before he retained them.

Dad has two boys, ages eleven and nine. Early in his divorce proceedings, dad was represented by another law firm. However, dad was only granted minimal parenting time with his own children. Terribly upset with this result, dad fired his previous law firm and called attorney Jeffery Leving for help. Leving assured dad that the Leving legal team would fight for him, and they did. They won.
It’s important that whenever possible, fathers have enough parenting time to make a positive difference in their children’s lives and protect their future. Fatherless children are eleven times more likely to exhibit violent behavior and seventy percent of children incarcerated in juvenile corrections facilities grew up in fatherless homes. Attorney Jeffery Leving discusses this on page 46 of his first book “Fathers’ Rights”.
The Leving team fought hard for this dad and his kids and achieved a great victory for this loving father, more than twice the parenting time he originally had. Dad no longer has to fear losing his children.
Just because a man breaks up with his wife or girlfriend, it shouldn’t mean he has to lose his children. This court victory, modified for publication, is a great victory for dad and his boys. Dad put his trust in the hands of the Leving legal team and he was not disappointed.

Matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving is the recipient of the U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, the Illinois House of Representatives has honored Leving “for his work in safeguarding the rights of fathers and protecting the welfare of children and families in this State,” and the Illinois Senate issued a proclamation recognizing his efforts on behalf of fathers.
