Right from the Middle: Programs based on Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness undermine merit in America

“Diversity, Equity, Inclusive,” or DEI, is another program of Affirmative Action and Reverse Discrimination wrongly imposed upon American people.

DEI has been around for about 25 years. But until the United States Supreme Court struck down the provisions of affirmative action that discriminated against some Americans, you didn’t hear much about it.

The “Elite left-wing progressives” in our land of the Pilgrims Pride worked very quietly end cunningly under the radar screen to promote and implement DEI in our universities to destroy American Meritocracy.

The Elite left-wing progressives claim DEI does the following; brings together individuals with varying perspectives, backgrounds, and experience.

Two Guys on Politics podcast with Former Congressman Bill Lipinski and former Chicago City Hall reporter Ray Hanania www.TwoGuysonPolitics.com

This diversity fosters a culture of innovation and creativity as different viewpoints can lead to unique solutions and ideas. Enhanced decision-making : inclusive teams tend to make better decisions.

When a diverse group collaborates , they draw from a wide range of skills and knowledge, resulting in more thoughtful and comprehensive decision- making processes. And companies that prioritize DEI often have higher levels of employee satisfaction and engagement when individuals feel included, they work harder and smarter.

But based upon my research I cannot agree, and here is the evidence. Under DEI’s ideology any program, policy, economic system, admission policy, grading system that leads to an unequal out comes among people of different skin colors is deemed racist.

As a result, according to DEI, capitalism is racist, advanced placement exams are racist, IQ tests are racist, corporations are racist, or in other words, any merit-based program, system, or organization, which has or generates outcomes for different races that are at variance with the proportion these different races represent in the population at large is, by definition, “racist” under DEI’s ideology.

According to the DEI movement, in order not to be racist one must personally do everything he or she can to reverse any unequal outcomes in society.

The DEI movement has over the course of many years gained very strong influence in federal, state, and local governments. It has also achieved great success in influencing universities, and corporations.

The DEI movement views itself the force, that will change society currently structured racist state to an anti-racist state.

If DEI stamps you or an organization as a racist in this day and age it will very likely cost you a great deal in reputation, social status, employment, friends and acquaintances.

I will have a great deal more to say about DEI incoming columns.

If you would like to read a 4000 word, essay detailing the severe problems with DEI look up Bill Ackerman. Ackerman has done an amazing job of detailing what the forces of DEI have done to this Land of Liberty and Fortress of Freedom.

Until next time, thank you for reading today’s column, especially to you Jack Kubeck.
