Leving Law Seminar: Identifying Civil Rights and Medical Negligence

CHICAGO — August 19, 2026 — The nationally acclaimed Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on August 20^that 6:30 p.m. CDT at 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.

The presentation will focus on identifying civil rights and medical negligence causes of action to best represent clients’ legal needs.

Attendees will examine how to recognize potential claims, preserve clients’ rights, and determine effective legal strategies in matters involving negligence, resulting injuries, and much more.

The seminar will explore considerations attorneys may encounter when representing clients whose circumstances raise civil rights or catastrophic injury concerns.

The discussion will offer practical guidance for evaluating matters, protecting clients’ rights, and pursuing the strongest possible legal strategy based on the unique facts of each case.
