Dad Won Justice After Being Blocked From His Sons’ Lives

A desperate father reached out to attorney Jeffery Leving for help after his ex reportedly violated his court-ordered parenting time.
Even though he had the legal right to see and speak with his sons, she refused to allow any contact—cutting him off from his own children.
Fearing he was losing his children forever, this father immediately called for help.
The Leving legal team fought for him and won, securing a court order finding the mother in contempt of court and granting dad attorney’s fees from the mother. Violation of this court order can result in jail time for the mother.

Dad’s ex began refusing to allow him to see his children during his scheduled parenting time. Furthermore, she reportedly refused to facilitate telephonic contact between dad and his children despite this being a court ordered requirement. Concerned and desperate to see his children, dad immediately contacted attorney Leving for help to enforce his parenting time and protect his bond with his children.
The Leving team immediately took action, determined to show the court how the mother’s reported interference defied its court order, and damaged the children’s bond with their father. They presented clear, compelling evidence of her alleged obstruction – denied calls and a pattern of disregard for the court ordered parenting schedule. They won. The judge found the mother in contempt of court for her violations and ordered her to pay the father’s attorney’s fees—ensuring that this concerned dad would not be burdened with financial strain after already fighting to see his own children.
This court victory modified for publication protected dad’s parental rights, his precious bond with his sons, and safeguarded him from a financial burden.
