CLE at Leving firm to focus on winning custody trials in protecting “at risk” children
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Thursday, August 19 at 6:30 p.m. at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago, and via Zoom.
The keynote speaker will be attorney Matthew Stanton, Division Chief, State’s Attorney’s Office, Lake County, IL. Prior to his appointment as Division Chief at the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office, Stanton practiced family law and worked with the Leving firm. Stanton will present on winning strategies in child custody trials where the future and safety of children often hang in the balance.
Attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the Leving firm, will facilitate the CLE session.
Also, matrimonial litigator and certified public accountant Jeffrey L. Paustian from the Leving firm will speak on “The management of social media in litigation to safeguard clients and at risk children.”
The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.
