CLE at Leving firm to focus on conflicts of interest in family law cases

The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 6:30 p.m. CDT at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.

Distinguished attorney Jeffrey L. Paustian of the Leving firm will be the keynote speaker, presenting on: “How we identify conflicts of interest in family law cases.”

“This is an important matter in family law,” says attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the CLE session.

“Carefully performing conflict checks for potential clients is important. We also have to stay on our toes during the pendency of a case to identify new information that may indicate a conflict that was not present at the start of a case. Also, attorney Michael W. Ochoa of the Leving firm will speak on: “Recent cases on post-decree relief from judgments.”
