Orland Park Police arrest woman who fired gun at Orland Mall parking lot
During the evening of Saturday, November 27, the Orland Park Police Department was made aware of an altercation occurring in a parking lot located at 66 Orland Square Drive.
An officer on the scene witnessed a female suspect holding a firearm in her hand and a male individual proceeding towards her, attempting to grab said firearm.
A struggle between the two ensued and the suspect fired the weapon into the air at this time. The male victim then physically removed the firearm from the suspect.
The officer detained both the victim and suspect for further investigation.
After questioning, detectives learned that the incident, domestic in nature, occurred following an argument in the parking after a child’s birthday party at Gizmo’s Fun Factory.

The suspect has a valid Concealed Carry License (CCL) as well as a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card (FOID).
On 11/28/21, Kinara N. Allmon was charged with one count of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, a Class 1 Felony.
On 11/29/21, Allmon was transported to Bridgeview courthouse where she was subsequently released on a $10,000 I bond.
